The Hotel Residencial Colibri in Costa da Caparica has 30 rooms equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, satellite, TV...it is 20 minutes from the centre of Lisbon, and 30 minutes from the airport which makes it the ideal place for beach holidays, and / or business trips.

Residencial Mar e Sol has 22 recently refurbished bedrooms, including Single, Double, Twin, Triple and Quadruple rooms. All rooms are equiped with private bathroom, air conditioning, minibar, cable tv, telephone, safe and double glazing windows.

We are located 15 minutes from Lisbon down town and 20 minutes from International Airport of Lisbon.
