Words and pictures can only begin to provide information about the Imperial Laguna Cancún. Many of our guests have spent some very special vacation days with us, resting and relaxing; while still begin able to take advantage of all that Cancún has to offer. Our staff knows how to make you feel at home. We are always there when you need us but do not interfere with your "get away from it all" state of mind.
An intimate complex of 3 buildings, each with 3 floors, that surround a courtyard and freshwater swimming pool. The street in front of the hotel is uncongested and provides for easy exit and entrance. It is an easy walk to Kukulcán Boulevard. There is parking in front of the hotel. Oliver's Continental Palapa Restaurant and our dock, border the tranquil Nichupté Lagoon.

Accommodation:
We have a total of 62 rooms broken down as follows: 36 studios, 14 bedroom suites, 4 three bedroom suite and 7 standard rooms. All studios and suites have two double beds, kitchenette with utensils, refrigerator, sink and two burner stove, individual air-conditioning, shower, telephone, color satellite T.V., marble floors and balcony.

Activities:
Family Plan: Our small size and varied accommodations are perfect for families. Up to two children, 11 years and under, are FREE when sharing the room with two adults.
Baby Sitting: Can be arranged at additional charge.
Guest Services: The advantage of staying at a small hotel is that everyone cares obout you. We will do our best to handle any request that you make. Please contact our front desk.
Sightseeing Tours and Hotel Activities: A wide variety of sightseeing tours and water sports are available in Cancún and to the surrounding area. The travel agency located in the lobby can make all the arrangements.
Safe Deposit Boxes: Available, free of charge, at our front desk.

The perfect complement to restful surroundings is good food and drink. We have a pleasant surprise four you! Chef Oliver works tirelessly to make sure that every meal he prepares is worthy of his reputation. He is a master at fulfilling request or making that special occasion an event to remember. Our guests don't have to look far to find the best food in Cancún. We have Oliver's Continental Palapa Restaurant, with the best view in the Hotel Zone. Our cozy little open air restaurant is open daily from 7:00 A.M., serving a la carte breakfast, lunch, dinner and your favorite beverage. You will be pleasantly surprised by the super cuisine prepared by Chef Oliver from a menu of continental favorites and local specialties.
