Our family-run hotel ¨Schuetzen¨ is a typical Swiss hotel built in the Chalet style, approx. 3 minutes from the train station. The bus stop for ski drivers and wanderer lies directly in front of the house.

Rooms:
We have pleasant rooms with a balcony, running water, a shower and toilet or a bath and toilet, cable TV, radio, telephone and elevator. Direct view of the¨Koenigin der Berge¨ (queen of the mountains) the Jungfrau and the famous waterfall "Staubbach".

Restaurant:
Our cozy restaurant and our inferno Stuebli both have a fire-place. We also have a Bar, a Raclette-and Fondue-Stuebli (Stuebli = Restaurant). We have a heated terrace as well as a beautiful garden restaurant with approx. 100 seats. We have an excellent kitchen with different house and game specialties, and large parking lots. We are also suitable for travel groups with motor buses.

Lauterbrunnen, at the foot of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau group, and the surroundings offer many opportunities for outings and excursions. Many of these places can be reached with public transportation. In winter Lauterbrunnen is the starting point for the world-famous ski slopes of Mürren-Schilthorn (the inferno-race); Wengen-Kleine Scheidegg (International Lauberhorn down-hill races).
