The hostel is a beautiful redeveloped old building from the end of the 19th Century, situated just over the road from the gardens of Catete Palace.

Services and facilities include free internet access and wi-fi in the lobby, a guest kitchen, a video room with Plasma TV and a DVD player, an outdoor terraced area, a small library, a tours desk, luggage storage, lockers and safes for free, towels and bed sheets and a 24 hour reception.
