- before 48 hours prior to arrival date (not arrival time), otherwise the change or cancellation will not be applicable.
- please state your arrival time carefully for the ease of room arrangement
- Email is the only acceptable method for any changes or cancellation. Phone call is not accepted.

If failing to cancel booking before 48 hours prior to your arrival date, 2 nights will be charged (charge one night if only one night is booked)

Our official check in time is at 2pm. Kindly send an email to inform for early check in.

Pictures shown are for reference only. The earlier you booked, the cheaper it is, the higher the room rates, the better the room arrangement. Pictures & videos are referred to the SUPER DELUXE ROOMS, The room rates are the NORMAL DELUXE ROOMS. Please email us if you want to upgrade!

CAUTION : Prevention for your loss of money, please don?t show your booking sheet to any stranger approaching you in front of Mirador Mansion. They might claim to be our staff and mislead you to other hostel, trying to get money from you. Don?t pay any money until you reach our hostel. If you need help, on the road side there are some public phone which charge HK$1 that you can use to call Sandy or get the information from security guards inside Mirador Mansion (lift area). The security will help you to find our hostel more easily.
