We have full private rooms, four bed dorm, six bed dorm and ten bed dorm style rooms available.

We also have three person and four person private rooms available.

Groups looking for a booking of more than six persons are welcome but you should contact Gerard at the Adelaide hostel by E-mail to check on availability and group rates.

All rooms are cleaned daily by our professional full time staff. Linens and sheets are provided.

The Adelaide has an excellent downtown location, only one block to Union Square (The center of San Francisco in the Theater district and in the middle of San Francisco?s main shopping and theater districts. We are close to all major tourist attractions like Alcatraz prison, Union Square, the famous San Francisco Cable Cars, Chinatown, Fisherman?s Wharf, Castro Street and of course the famous Haight Ashbury district.

All of these attractions are only a short walk or bus ride from the Adelaide Hostel.

If you are coming to San Francisco for a conference or convention we are only a one minute walk to the Hilton convention center and we are a five minute walk to the Moscone Convention Center.

Our international staff will help you with directions when you arrive.

The Adelaide building is modeled after the European style pensionne hotels which are popular in many European cities, with a guest lobby where you can read or just relax and meet new friends.
