Our Policy
We are capable to receive guests 24 hour a day, 7 days a week including holidays using our in house check-in process which requires a valid email address. The Check- In time is at 2pm and (Please note) any early check-in is subject to room availability. We require the guests to notify us if they are going to be late. We require passport with ID for registration purpose. (Please note) The Check-Out time is 12pm daily.

We understand our guests may travel in group and may wish to stay together, please e-mail us before or after to confirm whether your needs can be arranged so that your plan will not be disrupted. (For new travelers) Booking more than half the room in shared dorm does not mean that the entire room is reserved exclusively at your disposal.

We are family and adult friendly as we are away from the rowdy crowd. For family with kids, please keep a lookout for your young ones from disturbing other guests.

We admit that our rooms are old (because our building is old) but we work every day to maintain it. We only provide clean bed sheets, blanket and towel as well as scrubbed, swept and mopped floor for every new arrival.

In hot weather country like Singapore- all our bed comes with fitted sheet, blanket, pillowcase and a towel as the basic necessities. However if guests find that they need more sheets to have a more enjoyable sleep, they are free to bring theirs.

We provide PC with free Internet access and WI-FI for all as well as complimentary telephone only for guests to make free local calls, hot water heater, air conditioner, international electrical adapter on loan (while stock lasts).

We have house rules to maintain to keep everyone happy. Please co-operate and keep the place tidy, pest-free, safe with minimal noise for every staying guest regardless of race, age, sex religions and cultures.

Singapore may be called a 'Police State' by some but we are definitely not. We do not monitor our guests day-in day-out and have a mutual respect and trust for all our guests. The guest can used the in-house PC at no cost to search for anything they want to do or always drop us a call using the in house guest's phone for assistance. After all we want everyone to have an enjoyable and fulfilled time with us because we used to be travelers too.
