Hang out in the lounge and watch a movie on our large screen cable TV. Cook a meal in the fully equipped modern kitchen, Bedlam Mates Place Backpackers is a Wi-Fi Hotspot with free internet access.

There are Pub crawls with free beer or champagne almost every day- a great way to make new mates. Car parking is available on the street for free. Reception hours are 8am ? 2pm & 5pm till midnight 7 days. You are welcome to arrive at any time if you either wait in the TV room for reception hours or give us advance notice of when you intend to arrive! Please specify arrival time!

Every dorm has air-conditioning, luggage lock-up (free of charge just bring your own padlock), plus a fridge. Most have en suite bathrooms. Female only rooms are available. Key access to the building provides security guest access 24 hours a day.

Due to the high demand for the Christmas & New Year, and in order to both simplify management at a hectic time, as well as create a continued atmosphere of community, we will only be accepting minimum bookings of 11 nights from 23rd December '09 - 10th January '10. All remaining charges must be settled via, credit card or direct deposit by 01st December 2009, or booking will be canceled. Cancellations before 1st December '09 incur no charges other than your deposit with HostelBookers. No refunds will be given under any circumstances for cancellations after 1st December '09, so please book carefully!
