We have a good service and fast connection with public bus from Marco Polo ( Venice airport , about 30 minutes trip) and Treviso (about 1 hour trip).

We dispose of private rooms and mixed dorms.

All rooms have private bathroom, located in the same floor, inside or outside rooms.

They have a basic furnishing with color TV, refrigerator, fans and a heating system. We also supply linen and towels, changed every 3 days.

During the high season a little self-service breakfast is available in your room.

Our staff is more than happy to help you find the cool spots in Venice to have a 'good old fun time' or even find quiet serene places where you can feel 'Venetian in Venice'.
